The e room was perfect and so convenient. The pool and area was great for both relaxing and for kids to enjoy but by far the best part of our stay was the front desk staff. They went out of their way to make our stay amazing and I will definitely be back

Excellent stay. My kids especially loved the warm cookies at check in. It would have been really nice if the pool was open later than 8pm (ideally 10) and having a hot tub would be even better but overall we enjoyed our stay, location is perfect and the included waters are an appreciated touch. Housekeeping was top notch!

The stuff was fantastic. The property is beautiful. Location is a great. The only thing there was a problem with the elevator that effect a delay for everything we wanna do if we would like to go up to the rooms or town to the street. The staff was overwhelmed with how busy the hotel is, but we think this was a temporary because of the jazz festival across the street and the hotel was full. Other than that, the hotel, beautiful clean, and the staff very friendly. The concierge is very helpful.! Thank you

Perfect location. The room was super clean. The building is located on a great shopping street, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, it’s within a mall with a great food court where we had breakfast every morning. I highly recommend this location.
