The hotel was so so, there’s no facility’s outside the room, they make you sign a waiver where you compromise to pay the room and they charge you the amount of the room at front, the breakfast area is too small .. for the type of breakfast offered, we book a room for 4 people and there was only 2 towels on the room and really hard to get the other 2 more to complete our needs and the excuse was “the hotel is at capacity”. The room was clean, and the bed was soft. For a short stay, the price is ok. The receptionist during our check-in was very rude, especially since we are not French-speaking.

Issue with my reservation. Manager was horrible to deal with. Told her I was going to be adding a bad review. She didn’t care. Absolutely no desire to fix the situation. Workers were great.
