Staff was helpful when we needed another set of towels. Room was clean and spacious. Would have been nice to know if the room had a microwave and fridge sooner and that it had no kettle. No ramp to go into the hotel was hard when lugging heavy luggage. Otherwise good experience.

This hotel is great if you’re just needing a place to sleep for a cheap price. The staff are very kind. Although it’s an old building, it’s got air conditioning! There’s no elevator, so if you’re not on the first floor you’ll be climbing some stairs. The room was clean, just the shower could have been professionally cleaned a bit better. This was my first time in Montreal and I found the location was perfect and centrally located within walking distance to everything I wanted to see (also near the metro station if unable to walk).

It was a comfortable stay. The only issues were: my towel was stained, the shower was clogged so there was water up to my ankles. The bathroom fan was way too loud. I was there staying over after a concert so it was just to sleep. I got sleep.

Terrible stink in the hotel and the room itself. The towels were dirty and the bathroom barely had enough space to stand. The sink was essentially a hole in the wall and there wasn't enough space to be able to do the essentials. The cost was the only thing that seemed attractive, but then I guess one has to acknowledge that cheap doesn't always mean good. I will say though that the bed was comfortable and the bed linen clean. It didn't mention that there was 2 flight of stairs to be climbed to get to the room. All said and done, it wasn't the best experience and I definitely won't recommend anyone to go there.
