Our room was clean and quiet ; we asked for it to be scent free for my husband who gets migraines from room fresheners, oils, perfumes etc, and also asked for additional pillows and they honored our request. Breakfast was minimal but just fine for our needs. The open area downstairs was very comfortable for visiting with our friends after breakfast who were also guests at AmericInn. The location was perfect for our stay.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was not ready until a few hours after check out but it was no big deal as we were at an event at the American Legion next door. Beds are comfy, room was quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty basic. Quick walk to several eating places and very convenient to highway.

The hotel is quite run down. The baseboard heat was falling apart, the smoke detector was hanging from the electrical wires and wrapped in a Walmart bag. The shower curtain was missing and there was hair in the shower. The door had no ability to deadbolt or latch, which eliminates an element of security. This hotel was cheapest in the area which was still too high for what it was. The location is good and the staff are friendly.

It is an older property, new flooring in lobby. Rooms were dated but clean and bedding all clean! New refrigerator and flat screen TV. Bathroom fixtures are dated but the caulking has recently been redone. Bed was very comfortable and nice fluffy pillows. Only a thin comforter and top sheet for covers but I had another blanket with me. Nice property for an economic price and snowstorm accommodations!!

The staff were friendly and kind. However, the beds were not comfortable to sleep on. One bed frame was completely broken, and sticking out further then the bed. Staff simply put a blanket over it to cover the fact that it was sticking out, I ran my shin into the bed frame. Ouch! My friend also had to sleep on top of the pillows provided to get comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, along with the bathroom. Breakfast, included coffee, yogurt, soft frozen waffles, prepackaged boiled eggs and cereal. You get what you pay for. Wouldn’t recommend unless last resort.
