The main advantage of this hotel is definitely the location, especially if you have appointments nearby like at SAT, which made our stay very convenient. The room was clean and acceptable for a short stay, and the staff were polite.

This was a convenient location for me. Security on site at night, convenient store across the street, and delicious tacos close by Tauro & Ruiz Cortines. Breakfast was good. Special thanks to front desk for assistance, respectfulness, and fast problem solving. She was patient with a family of 13 ppl.

Very old, not keptup, electricity went out, freeway construction not able to gwt there without an extra 10min drive. Female attentented had an attitude. No microwave or refrigerator in room. No restaurants near by. Outsdie parki g lot n lawn very dirty not kept up. Never again

Staff was helpful the last day the two girls on day 1 were horrible and looked at my requests as crazy even though the door by the stairwell said they had ice machines. And the employee who helped me check in didn’t instruct me on how to turn the lights in the room or how I had a food voucher next to my keycard that I had to present to get my free breakfast so I had to walk back upstairs .

Mine and my husband’s stay was nice. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Monterrey. Only thing is that there is a lot of traffic due to the metro rail they have been building for the past 2 yrs. or so. Anytime you come to stay or visit Monterrey there is always lots of traffic.
