This is a nice hotel but not the best option in my opinion and based on our needs. Pros: - Nice and clean room. - Great bathroom and shower. - Friendly staff. - Shops and restaurants nearby. Cons: - The parking garage is small, so if you arrive late you will have to use the valet parking service. Not my favorite option, although the staff was great. - There is construction everywhere in that area. - Traffic is heavy most of the time and it is not easy to get there. - There is no fridge in the room.

Renovations are on last stages. Not an issue for guests. Friendly helpful staff. True it is 10 mins walk to Starbucks and Fashion Drive Mall but the sidewalks are not in good shape and not really fully set up for comfortable walking for pedestrians. Overall very pleasant stay.

The lobby looks nice but thats about it. Our room was super old and the hallway on the 12th floor was ugly. Carpet on the 12th floor was peeling and very dark. I also asked for an extra pillow and they never brought it to me. First and last time staying at this hotel.
