The hotel was close to restaurants, stores and tourist areas. But, the main elevator broke next day of arriving to the hotel and everybody had to use the stairs, this is not a good experience

Friendly staff , clean, and i like the fact the restaurant is right downstairs. The only down side is the elevator is too small and is allways saturated. I constantly rather use the stairs wich end up beeb faster. But i like the place and the location

Had to change room at 03:00 when the walls are thin and a lots of noice from next room:( No hot water in the shower! Payed 2000 Mexican peso per night and now hot water, it’s not good! Good security at night.

STAY AWAY!!!!! It is a cockroach infested (human and insect) bldg! The "clean towels" were still stained. (Chk your bed sheets) The pool was nasty. Elevator didnt work. The other one was "out of order". Full of "ppl" that clearly were not staying there. Did I mention the cockroaches?!?!
