The hotel staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The buffet offered authentic Mexican cuisine with incredible flavor and a great variety of options. We were also very impressed with the security measures at the entrance, which provided peace of mind knowing that access was well controlled and not open to just anyone. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Monterrey and highly recommend it to others.
