This used to be a great hotel. We know it's not a 5-star hotel, but we were expecting at least a clean room. We were switched to a different room, with cleaner floors and restroom, but the sheets still seemed to be reused and not changed after every rental. Hairs were found under the sheets on both rooms, meaning they leave the same sheets to be used by different customers. Just gross.

Hotel is undergoing maintenance, they didn’t notify at time of booking that pool was closed with no updates for it to be open again, forth floor was being painted, and the air con in the room wasn’t working properly, plus the room had a strong smell of drainage and the shower was blocked. Staff wasn’t very helpful, they also missed to clean the room one day and didn’t want to send the chambermaids as we were inside the room…. Overall a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
