Lots of fun activities and amenities! Loved the (real grass) putting green, fire pits (S’mores!), patios, fountains, location, etc. And only minutes from downtown Carmel and ocean walks. Best break from summer heat to enjoy cool weather and gorgeous scenery (Pebble Beach, Big Sur). Loved it!

Great for families - felt like staff was very friendly and did a great job maintaining the property. Wish the pool had a hot tub, and wish there was staff at the spa (I've visited twice and both times there was nobody staffing the spa for massages). Other than that, the visit was very relaxing and everybody enjoyed the fire pits and smores.

The Quail is quaint and charming! The restaurant is excellent with sterling service. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Plus the 9 hole putting green on campus is fun to play. And the complementary slippers are a nice touch!

We’ve been coming here for years and will keep coming back. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with has such a warm and welcome feel. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Highly, highly recommend.
