This is not a five star hotel but it is very clean and everyone is really nice and the location is perfect. Be warned, the rooms are very small but the air conditioning rocks and everything is super clean. I would definitely stay here again.

While my room was clean (My friend said her room smelled like urine [I did not verify]) and the front desk clerk was nice, the sink was cracked and stained, the WiFi signal was weak (I had to go to the office just to be able to login), the bath towels were small and rough, and there wasn't even coffee available. However, there is a Denny's across street for those that want breakfast. Also, while I only paid a bit over $300 for 2 nights, I heard that the price was raised to $500 for Saturday night because of local events.

Property was just okay, the surrounding area was nice besides the close cvs. rooms seemed nice and remodeled. for sure would stay here again just because it was worth the price. pool is not heated but that was not an issue for me as there were so many other things to do nearby. close proximity to many areas and also good free parking!

AC works well. Room is good size. But for the price we paid it was a bit much. This is good for a 100ish night rate.

It was a clean and quiet room. The beds were comfy. But it was missing a mini fridge, hair dryer and iron. Bath towels were super tiny. Definitely not worth the weekend rate but clean and felt safe. Just be aware that it is a bare bones kinda room.

Heater air conditioner excellent. Towels small and only two bath towels. One small packet of shampoo for two each day (so we purchased our own)… kind of unusual. Good refrigerator (noisy) and had freezer. Good microwave. Overall acceptable but looked like tub had some mold needeing cleaning snd toilet seat was chipped a couple places on top. Icemaker and laundry facilities were excellent. This was car week so was more expensive than usual.

We have stayed at this property when it was Motel 6 and it was always just ok. We liked it because we could bring our dogs for free and it was close to a nice beach. This time, now Vagabond Inn, they charged us $25 per dog! When I was surprised I was told it is no longer Motel 6 and I should read the fine print. I still see nothing on the Expedia listing that shows a pet fee. The property was dirty, the room was very small with the beds against the wall and air conditioner. The bathroom plumbing was barely in place. No extras like hair dryer, microwave or refrigerator. Had a very difficult time connecting to the WiFi but it did finally work. I will be looking for a new motel for my next visit.

Genuinely felt bad for bringing my gf to a place like this. Toilet seat had a small chunk missing and holes on the bottom. Shower wall had open parts and shower head had mineral build up a good bit. There was strands of hair in sink and bathtubs. Towels had yellowing. We were very fortunate to have brought our own bedsheets, pillow cases, blanket, hand and bath towels. We used our own. Don’t even bother to check if the bed was clean, just put everything over it. The lamps on the sides of the bed didn’t work. The safety lock hinges that almost everywhere has didn’t have it. Only reason we booked this place was because I thought it was a Motel 6, it was changed 4 months ago and pictures looked great. I didn’t notice on the confirmation email the name was something else, but that one is on me. I understand we went for a very affordable option but that shouldn’t mean I need to feel disgust for using the basics... the toilet itself and mirror was very clean I will give them that and showering wasn’t bad given there was plenty of space so my body wasn’t touching any wall or shower curtain. The room we had for sure needs work.

I chose this hotel for a weekend trip to visit the university, but I would not stay here again. The overall premises and our room were not clean at all. It was bad enough that I had to request a reclean from the receptionist, and I ended up buying my own sheets from a local store just to feel comfortable sleeping. The only saving grace was the staff—they were very kind and polite—but the hotel itself has a lot of work to do before it's truly guest-ready.
