The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Loved the room and the bed was particularly comfortable. Hotel is a little tired and could use some upgrading, but great location with an unobstructed view of the beach and the colony of sea lions parked on that beach.

Rooms are spacious-big bathroom, comfortable bed. There is no restaurant or bar. they do bring you a continental breakfast to your room every morning which was really nice. It’s right off of Cannery Row so it was a little louder than I would have liked.

Fantastic location. Just heads up there is no central AC and they provide you with fan. Monterey temperatures are always between 60-70F. We traveled with kids and the stay was very comfortable with fan only.
