This resort actually lives up to it's name, Excellence. We're already planning our next trip to return. Food, pool, amenities were great but the staff was absolutely amazing. Felicia, Brandon, Syan, all went above what we expected. It was an excellent stay at an Excellence Resort.

Great place to stay for couple not a lot of people the views are amazing some staff are great some with attitude the worst thing was the food some place are good some are really bad and If you like a place and come next day and order same thing somehow it looks and taste different the rooms needs work a bit and the toilets have no privacy at all .

The club level upgrade we experienced made the visit to this property all this difference to our stay. Without the upgrade, (the exception was the buffet breakfast which was amazing with the extensive selection choices) the restaurant experience and food quality would definitely have not met our expectations.
