“The hotel is absolutely lovely, and it smells wonderful. The lobby had a Christmas fragrance that I adored, and overall it’s a really beautiful place. If I ever come back to San Francisco, I’d definitely love to stay there again. The only downside is that they don’t offer room service, which I tend to use a lot when I travel. Still, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel even has its own restaurant in the lobby, so it’s really not a big deal”
