Family friendly stay

Very pleasant stay, not bad for a budget place, I really appreciated the friendly service. They're renovating at the moment so hopefully the little annoyances with the water pressure and the sound of the hot water rattling the pipes can be overcome.

Near station.

Very close to station. Partially refurbished old Ibis. Pleasant room with heating. Cindy bed. Good shower and bathroom. Corridors still have old pebbledashed walls and need work. Poor range of Belgian beer in bar - no bottles! Staff excellent.

Excellent customer service

We had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, the best part of the stay was the customer service. Most notably, Theo, who greeted us at the front desk on both of our visits (we had two nights booked in separated by a night elsewhere). He was warm, genuine, friendly and even provided my partner an opportunity to practice her french. Theo also celebrated our engagement with excitement and glee and made us feel welcoming throughout. I am not sure if there is any reward for a good review. But Theo deserves commendation for his excellent customer service. We plan to return down the line and hope to be greeted with him then too.

I'm currently preparing to vacate my apartment in Mons after a few years working in Belgium. Stayed Saturday night at the B&B Mons Gare room 207. The young man on reception was incredibly helpful, Joffrey. Our room was very large with a bath. There were a couple of wedding parties in but we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was fine with some hot options for us Brits. I never used the hotel when it was run by IBIS but would recommend. We didn't have a car but the car park looked easy to use. Not in the best part of Mons but we know the area well.

Perfectly clean and comfortable room in a perfect location next to the station and close to the main square (a 10 min walk). More spacious than expected for a family room. Shower was excellent. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Only issues were that it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room. A fan was provided. We had to find something to hold the window open to keep it open a crack just to get air flow.

Het hotel is prima. Receptie personeel heel vriendelijk. Kamer heel schoon en ruimte in familiekamer was goed. Gratis koffie, thee en koel water. Geparkeerd aan het hotel voor € 15 per dag. Waarom ik waarschijnlijk niet terugkom is dat de bedden vrij hard waren om op te slapen. De kamer was bloedheet, terwijl de buitentemperatuur max. 22 graden was. Er was wel een ventilator, maar was onvoldoende. Ontbijt viel echt tegen. Het was gewoon een basic ontbijt, wat prima is. Maar veel was steeds op. Fruitsalade zag er echt niet fris uit.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel ! Le personnel est serviable et très gentil. Les chambres sont très minimalistes, ce qui fait qu'elles ne sont pas les plus confortables, mais c'était suffisant pour nos besoins. L'emplacement est également incroyable. Seul bémol, le wifi fonctionne plus ou moins.
