Check in was so so - few words exchanged. Keys were ready ahead of time and waiting in slots on the desk - while attendant was outside and guests were partying at nearby tables. Rooms were ok. Requests for same floor was ignored. Late at night, someone knocks on the door. Hotel staff asked what we were doing in the room because we weren’t supposed to be there. They had checked someone else into the SAME room then wondered why we were there. The tv even changed to a new welcome screen with someone else’s name on. Hotel was clean and easy to access. Service and politeness could use some work.
