Good hotel. We were satisfied. Someone left the alarm on in the table-clock, it went off at 6 am. Please take those table-clock away from the rooms, no one uses it now a days. Breakfast was good.

Great location right downtown. We had a view of river and the tides. The building is a a little dated with a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway on our floor. Room was nice though and had all we needed. Staff were fabulous and very helpful.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The pool was large and relatively clean as well. We were only disappointed that one elevator was down and it caused a lot of waiting to go up and down from our room on the 4th floor. The stairs exit to the exterior of the building so it makes it more inconvenient that an elevator was down for the entirety of our stay. Otherwise, our stay was great. Location is also excellent in Moncton.

I was not too happy about the eating room where we eat breakfast because the dining room is always packed every morning and there are not enough tables available . I realised that there are many mold around the shower wall and around the grout. You do not provide shower cap for travellers . In overall, I enjoyed staying in your hotel. Service was great. The hotel is clean and it's very a quiet environment. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was well maintained. We had no idea there was a full kitchen or we would have prepared to bring some lunch items wit us. But it’s Such a central location. Walkable. Many restaurants to choose from. Our favourite, Pump House, is right across the street. Mall is close by- 5 min drive. Will be back for our next trip to Moncton
