Very dirty. Our shower was broken. Bed had two very old, flat, dirty pillows. No clean available so we went and bought pillows. We were in a non-smoking room but that certainly didn't apply to marijuana as the stench was strong. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. There were random children playing in the back fenced area amidst broken glass and other objects. I never saw parents though i did see the kids sitting outside a door after dark appearing to be waiting to be let in. We were unable to secure a room elsewhere due to events in the area. Would not stay again.

As I pulled up one afternoon, the building reminded me of a Bronx New York apartment building in the summertime people hanging out front on the railings running around and some shady characters walking around. I was a little nervous about staying there although I travel all over the country and am used to just about anything. The room was OK, but would not recommend it for a family.

Section 8 hotel Room smells like body odor. I asked if there were any other rooms. She said no. No hot water in the shower for the morning. People walking around either drunk or on drugs screaming. I really want my money back ! But I was locked in to the no refund policy. There should be no back out restrictions when it’s obviously not a safe accommodation. Reviews were mixed so I was aware but again, not able to back out
