Nice container type accommodation just beside the sea. Facilities are pretty new and good working condition. Full view of the Crab claw from the bedroom. Surrounding is quiet and peaceful. My family enjoyed our stay there.

とてもきれいでした。ベッドが二つ、2段ベットが1つ、マットレスが6つあるのですが、マットレスのサイズがおそらくセミシングルかと思われます。かなり小さかったです。そのサイズの問題以外は特に問題ありませんでした。また紋別に行く際は、利用したいです。

施設も場所も良いのに………

施設は清潔で設備も整っていて満足しています。紋別やオホーツク地区の観光にはとても便利で立地も良いと思います。日中は観光客や地元の方の人通りがありますが夜間はとても静かで落ち着いたところです。しかし、今回どうしても納得出来ない不満点もありました。連泊したのですが、清掃が入らないのは良いとしても、タオル等の提供が一切ありませんでした。この施設、予約支払い時に宿泊料と別に清掃費という名目で数千円の料金が加算されます。今回は２泊したので２日分の料金を支払っています。それにもかかわらず、清掃するしないを聞かれないどころか、タオルやゴミ袋、シーツ等の交換（提供）もありませんでした。この部分に関してはあり得ないと思います。安価なビジネスホテルでもタオルぐらいは袋に入れてドアに掛けてくれています。仕方なく２日目も前日使用して濡れたバスタオルを使用しました。食事のオプションも注文しました。夕食、朝食ともに、とても美味しく満足でした………が、オーナー様に直接注文しているので沢山のゴミが出るのは想像がつくはずなのですが、ゴミの引取やゴミ袋提供等もなく、施設内には家庭用のゴミ箱しかないので、家族４人で２泊すれば溢れてしまいます。ペットの宿泊代も２泊分支払ってますが、２泊目のペットシートの提供もなし。結局、ゴミも自分で持ってでたり、タオルやペットシートも足りないものは持参したものを使いました。２泊しても割引なしどころか倍の清掃費を徴収しておきながら一切のサービス、気遣い無しは驚きました。無人施設でチェックインやアウトも現地の端末や携帯操作で行い、スタッフと顔を合わせることは基本的にはないのですが、それならば有人施設以上に言われなくても最低限のサービス提供はやるべきです。この施設は１泊のみで利用するか、連泊の場合は１泊づつ予約して、一旦チェックアウトする利用方法が良いと思います。せっかく、設備も良くキレイで食事も美味しかったのに、非常に残念でした。この部分を改善出来るのであれば、紋別は良い街で大好きなので再訪したいと思います。

夏もいい！

市街地や観光スポットへのアクセスがよい。紋別は冬が人気シーズンなのかと思いますが、天気にも恵まれ、目の前に広がる太平洋はまるで南国のような美しさ、夜には満点の星空。テラスでBBQを楽しみ、最高の夏休みとなりました。海を眺めてサウナ→室内の浴室で水風呂のコースも最高でした(水着は持参しましょう）。
