We did not use the housekeeping staff so do not include them in our comments. For the rest they were surly, slow and lacked basic training. There was no sign that they were effectively managed or indeed managed at all. They showed no interest in their jobs Then we come to the food. Oh my god you could not imagine anything worse. “We had rooms that faced the pool. We'd requested interconnected rooms but this wasn't noted. Staff were friendly. We'd opted for a b&b option. Alot of Brits here on an all inclusive option. Sun beds were all gone by 9am as everyone had blocked them which was annoying. Evening entertainment was available if you are into that. Breakfast had a few options. Staff very friendly in the restaurant. Hotel is quite a bit out of limassol. You couldn't walk into the town.”
