Clean, friendly, responsive and efficient staff; comfortable beds; very good buffet breakfast but all items need to be available right from opening. Gym is spacious and well-equipped. However, I would have liked 24 hr gym access, with our room key, so we won’t have to bother the staff, with towels consistently available.
