Our stay was perfectly serviceable. The room itself is so modern, clean, and perfect for our landing spot after long days on foot in the park. Special kudos for Kevin for being so kind! This rockstar staff clearly takes a lot of pride in what they do.

The breakfast was really good and we could sit outside on the patio. The staff gave us great tips for Touring the parks and nature. The rooms are clean but it was really dark with not enough lighting, and having the walls painted a dark colour also contributed to the darkness in the room

Pool and hot tub were excellent. The room was ok—poor lighting, lack of space in bathroom. The sound travels between rooms and street traffic from Mac trucks was loud all night.

The staff was extremely helpful; however, the air conditioner was quite noisy throughout the night. The Bookcase bathroom door was a very neat feature for this room.

The rooms were beautiful, albeit a little small and no closet. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I did like the coffee station on each floor… there wasn’t a coffee pot, microwave, or fridge in the rooms but were at the elevator entrance on each floor. It had an ultra modern feel, maybe geared to the younger generation.

Common area on each floor. Coffee and Frig. Guests use common fridge for items. Yiu can request a small fridge for your room. It's first come first serve. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Staff was very friendly and the location was great to the arches. Loved the salt water pool and hot tub (jets not really working though). The room was very musty, sauna was broken, no closet or drawers, AC would not go below 70 degrees making it tough to sleep, bathroom too dark, bedding not soft, towels for room and pool tough to find. Not likely to choose this hotel again.

I have stayed here a few times and every time I have the best experience. The rooms are really cute and cozy, the beds are comfortable and the pillows are nice as well. The shower is big and roomy. The pool is nice and the hot tub is too, the sauna is really nice add to the hotel. The room is clean, the staff is friendly and nice. I enjoy staying here every time I come and they are good with accommodations if needed. For example I have a bad knee and I was in a lot of pain and hurting after a long day of riding on the trials. Well the gentleman at the counter told me I was on the 3rd floor and offered to switch it to the first floor to help me out. I declined the offer but the fact that he took the time to offer the move for me to help says a lot about the staff alone. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy my stay in this hotel again.
