The property is nice. Check your windows because all of ours were open( we noticed at 2am when someone was on the phone next to the bedroom). Also the sole purpose to book here was the tub in the suite and it was filthy.

Loved my stay, 3 nights this past week and it was perfect. Easy walk to all the restaurants. Safe and quiet location with a beautiful patio looking out to the grass and trees. Awesome location. Will be staying there every year for my annual mountain bike trips!

They work their tales off for the guests to deliver exceptional service - whether in the cafe or at the front desk…this staff is second to none. The room lighting was too dark needed to have brighter lighting especially in the bathroom as my wife had a hard time getting ready. Needs to be more soaps and body wash in the room only one provided had to go to the front desk for more. A luggage rack would have been nice as we put our luggage on the floor. Exterior stair railings need to be painted as they are chipping and tired.

Everything was perfect. They definitely thought about what we would need. We were impressed to be remembered the day after we checked in! We liked the condo format...room to spread out, the private outdoor spce, and the kitchenette. The breakfast option was really good but also quick so we could get out to the parks!!

We enjoyed our four night stay here. Our balcony was over looking the backyard which was nice. This hotel is not luxurious but comfortable. The attached cafe makes a good breakfast. We had a junior suite that was very spacious. There was a connecting door to the room next door that I think they open to make it a fmaily suite at times. You can hear a lot through that door so I'm sure our neighbours could hear us as well. Once we were in our bedroom with the door closed, we didn't hear anything so it did not affect our sleep. Good location.
