This is a wonderful property for the price. Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Very nice green space -- trees and a lush lawn, a welcome sight in Moab. Our room was a little bit worn - mattress needed to be replaced. Overall, I like hotels with a distinct personality, which means that I'm glad that everything doesn't feel like it was renovated yesterday, so overall this worked for us.

The hotel was a stopover and suited the need for that. Based on the price, the hotel was about right. The room had a funky smell - not pleasant. However, it contained all amenities and the bed was comfortable. The woman at check in was a bit abrasive which was off-putting but it was what it was... The little cafe in the morning was pretty darn good. The latte was good and the panini was really good. Convenient before hitting the road again. The hotel was also withing walking distance of restaurants, which is a big plus. Can't imagine going back to Moab but if you are driving through, the Gonzo hits on what you need at a reasonable price.

Arrived and waited a bit for front desk clerk to show up. Property was clean and great location to be able to walk downtown. They did show us a sign stating we might find June bugs in our room. We did find one but it was ok. Loved the location and the breakfast cafe offered. Would stay here again.

First let me say I would stay here again. The location is great and the rooms are spacious. We had a bedroom with a door, a sitting area and a kitchen area with basic supplies (utensils, plates, paper towels etc). The outdoor seating area was a nice bonus too! Point of clarification breakfast is a $15 voucher each morning that you can use in the cafe. Personally I prefer this to a buffet. Honestly our only issue was the group above us was LOUD until after 11:30 both nights. Not the hotels fault but I'd say if noise is a concern don't book a ground floor room (which is what we had.) All in all very clean, spacious and friendly staff. Happy we stayed there!

Fantastic rooms at a reasonable price. We stayed in the king suite - comfortable, spacious, and didn't have a hotel vibe at all. Guy at the front desk was a delight, breakfast was perfect, and super easy check in and out. Couldn't have picked a better local place, highly recommend!
