The room is big and well equiped BUT the check in process is a bit messy. As there is no reception, you have to call a number to get the door password. Unfortunatelly for us, no one answered our calls and we had to wait in the heat of Moab for the staff to contact us back.

This hotel was very conveniently located, in great condition, clean and easy to check in-to with a room code texted to me before arrival. FYI there is no staff onsite but they answered the phone when called and gave us late checkout with no difficulty. Would highly recommend for an affordable, amenity-light stay in Moab.

Honestly, I would kindly suggest placing more attention on cleanliness, especially in the bathtub area. The room itself was fine overall. The air conditioning did not cool sufficiently during the first night, although it worked better on the second. The location is very convenient, and I don’t have major complaints, but I would truly appreciate it if some form of consideration could be extended to me.

The room was clean and parts of it had been updated recently. The bed was terrible. We felt like we were sleeping on a board and, as a result, did not get much sleep during our already short night. The staff made it very easy to check in since we were getting in very late. The plumbing fixtures need to be updated. They were corroded and not in good shape. There were no cups in the room. Parking was close.

Negative: The room had a very strong perfumed odor when we arrived. There was no way to open a window to air out the room. Positive: The front desk texted the code to access the room and we didn't have to worry about checking in by a particular time. The room had a microwave and mini-fridge.

For the price of the stay, I am very surprised and pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. although there was no office at the time we checked in, the codes were sent and we were able to get inside the room.

Great stay

As a review said before I. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was a little too firm for my comfort and aside from the internet connection issues, my experience was excellent and would recommend this location any day.
