I'm going to have such a good memory for 5 days I liked the swimming pool and restaurant because it was clean Above all, the staff were always smiling and welcoming, and they responded kindly I enjoyed it so much

The resort is fairly large with many options for food. However reservations are recommended as some of the higher demand restaurants may not be able to accommodate. There is no room service, so guests should be proactive when it comes to meals. The quality of service meets and exceeds expectations and while not all staff speak English, there are incredibly patient and will help you get what you need. Spa, car rental, and transportation services to and from the airport and within the resort are available to get around. Amazing snorkeling and water activities right off the beach.

loved every moment! Shigira was my best choice, the pool in the room, the breakfast, the food in the lounge, the beach, private cart we used, teppanyaki restaurant, soba restaurant and all the smiley faces of the staffs. every moment was wonderful. thank you!

10月の気候が快適でした。 今回でシギラミラージュは２回目の宿泊でした。前回はプールヴィラで今回はベイサイドのジュニアスイートでした。 スタッフの方は皆さん親切で、シギラリゾートから申し込んだアクティビティツアーはどれもインストラクターさんが優しく丁寧でした。 お部屋はベランダにジェットバスがあり、とても気持ちが良かったです。 夕食はリゾート内にある蕎麦前宮古さんのアグー豚しゃぶしゃぶが絶品です。 また宮古島を訪れる際はシギラミラージュに宿泊したいです。

施設は経年は感じますが綺麗です ビーチも楽しめます 気になるのは高級リゾートの接客ではないと思いました。 一例ですか各ゲストがどんな特性を持っているかを従業員同士でうまく共有できていない感じでした。 フロントも忙しいのかいつも一名いるくらいで気軽に質問もできず大変残念です 施設自体は満足しております

とにかく最高でした。 プールヴィラは本館から遠いことに懸念を持ったいましたが、カート道を使うと徒歩5分ぐらいですぐにつきます。また送迎も使えますので、全く困りませんでした。 プライベートプールは、小さくて満足できないのでは？と心配でしたが、全く心配不要で子供ともども無茶苦茶楽しみました。 最高の経験でした。ありがとうございました。

L’hôtel n’a pas du tout le standing et le service d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Déjà pour commencer personne ne parle l’anglais donc il était très difficile de se faire comprendre. Le ménage est fait partiellement dans les chambres, la nourriture il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix et encore moins pour les étrangers. Il n’y a aucune flexibilité (un exemple qui me vient à l’esprit: nous avons voulu garder la chambre une heure de plus après y avoir passé une semaine ils ont voulu nous facturer 17 000 yen. Au niveau des activités il n’y en a n’a pas pour les étrangers car comme il ne parle pas anglais c’est dangereux nous avons dû sortir du complexe pour en faire.

全部が大満足のホテルでした。スタッフの方々はみなさまとても親切でフレンドリーで癒されました。お部屋もとてもおしゃれで綺麗でおすすめです。 朝ごはんにウミガメに餌をあげれる体験もとても癒されました。8歳の娘も大満足でした。 ぜひまた来たいです。

ミラージュ自体は全てとても素晴らしかったです！ しいて言うなら、和朝食がかなり待たされ、対応＆味がイマイチでした。洋食のビュッフェはカメちゃんもいて、対応＆味など全てとってもいいです！ ただ、夕食の際にミラージュのカウンターで予約して頂いた「蕎麦前宮古」が予約しても混雑で入れず、並ぶ受付なども全くないので、30分並んでも、後から並んだ人を中に入れたりめちゃくちゃでした。結局2軒隣りのお寿司屋さんに何とかお願いして、9時近くにやっと夕食が食べられました。お寿司屋さんは最高に美味しく接客も素晴らしかったので、また絶対に行きたいです。
