Das Hotel ist richtig in die Jahre gekommen. Hätte man inwestuert und renoviert wäre es richt gut, das Personal sehr unfreundlich, preisleistung Verhältniss passt nicht, nur das Frühstück war für den ausgewiesenen Preis ok. Wenn sich es lässt werde ich dieses Hotel meiden. Zimmer Reinigung soll alle zwei Tage stattfinden, wir haben zwei Nächte dort geschlafen und es würde nicht aufgeräumt

kann man nur empfehlen

optimal für Naturliebhaber, mitten im Wald gelegen. Hotel ist sehr schön , Zimmer groß, Bett bequem, Frühstück ist Spitze ( endlich mal kein Ei aus dem Tetrapak). Sehr freundlicher Empfang, einfach nur zu empfehlen

Als Familien Hotel top, leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und die kaputten Türschlösser geben wenig Vertrauen. Das Bett war klasse und sauber . Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Frühstück tip top. Parkplatzsituation ist nicht so toll. Die Dusche könnte mal entkalkt und renoviert werden. Landschaftlich schön gelegen und ruhig . Den Fuhrpark für die kleinen Gäste und die Tiere am Hotel sind klasse.

Die Zimmer sind noch ok und die Lage ist sehr schön, gerade für Familien mit Kindern. Der Service im Biergarten war allerdings unterirdisch: Schmutzige Tische und Tischdecken, eine Reinigung erfolgte erst nach Aufforderung und das auch nur halb.Die Bedienung kam sehr selten raus und die Bitte den Sonnenschirm zu öffnen wurde beantwortet mit:"ich bin dafür zu klein, das müssten sie selber machen". Das gute Essen vom Buffet hat dann den schlechten Service wieder ein wenig gutgemacht.

Jeg syntes det var for dårligt at hotelet ikke havde eget internet netværk på værelserne og man istedet skulle købe sin til en halv dårlig Telecom hotspot forbindelse. Hotelet har netværk, dog kun i lobbyen. Det var ikke så optimalt i forbindelse arbejds relateret ophold hvor det er et must at have netværk. Derudover var personalet + maden ganske iorden. Og prisen tilfredstillende. Parkerings forholdende havde dog plads til forbedringer selvom det er på landet vi befinder os.

Freundliches Hotel im fränkischen Wald

Das Hotel ( eine große Anlage ) liegt mitten im Frankenwald. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig, dadurch kann die Anreise etwas nerven. Wenn man Urlaub hat dürfte dies jedoch kein Problem sein. Das Hotel teilt sich in Haupthaus und Nebenhaus ( mit unterirdischem Zugang ) auf. Aufzug ist vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich wie auch das übrige Personal. Das Zimmer war typisch fränkischer Stil, mit geräumigem Bad, Balkon war sehr sauber. Ein kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Fitnessraum und kleinem Schwimmbad runden den Aufenthalt ab. Ebenso für Kinder der Streichelzoo. Das Essen ist fränkisch rustikal und zum fairem Preis. Die Parkplätze vor Ort sind kostenlos. Bei nächster Gelegenheit gerne wieder.
