“The setting is lovely with plenty of parking. Not overly helpful reception on check in, giving minimal information. The building is generally dark and felt cold. It could do with some accent colour to warm it up and feel more welcoming. The room was comfortable. Good mattress and bedding. Shower is also good but room is small. “Recently refurbished, the property was originally built back in 1928 and, whilst modest, has character. It is idreally situated on the edge of town, with extensive views over the golf course. The bedrooms are small but more than adequate, with comfortable beds and upgraded ensuites with good showers. “Very Happy with our stay. Enjoyed having our own bathroom. Everything nice and clean and bed very comfortable. Would happily stay there again”

“Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities needed. The building is old though and taps/drain require fixing.”

“Large one bedroom apartment a short drive to town. I was impressed that the sofa bed was made up for the third person without me having to request this.”

“Great location with clean rooms”

“Amazing property tucked away in the heart of the valley surrounded by mountains. Beautiful and helpful staff that attended to our every need. Favourite part was the wine and cheese in the drawing room each evening, very special place we will be back :)”

“Pleasant place to stay. Room was basic but ok. Separate TV room and guest kitchen. Staff good. Food good. Close to rail line so take ear plugs.”

“The photos are misleading. I didn’t realise it was a share bathroom :-(”
