Nice little motel, walking distance to everything downtown and many trails. Clean and comfy room. Comfy bed. Nice shower with good water pressure, clean towels and linens. Breakfast was OK, i done East eggs or meat, so there's that. Sandra, the evening manager was awesome. Always responsive, helpful, kind and cheerful. She made us smile every day. Overall great stay, no complaints.

The staff were friendly and helpful. While there wasn't a coffeemaker in the room, there was always coffee and snacks available in the lobby. The room had a mini fridge with a freezer so we could store our freezer packs and ice cream. In terms of aesthetics/location, it's right next to McDonalds and on a busy road- so don't come for the views and ambience. But, downtown Missoula is a short (walkable) distance away. There is a footbridge just NW of the hotel, which crosses the creek and provides a nice way to get to town.

First of all, the staff were all very friendly, our room was clean and the inside had been updated... but the outside of the property was terrible. My heart took a deep dive when we drove into the parking lot. There was a lot of trash and even a set of dentures in the flower bed. I wish there was a way that Expedia could vet the properties that are on their site.

The room was very clean, AC worked great, spacious. It was an older section, but still nice. Staff were very friendly. The only 2 downfalls. One was that it was not connected to the main building and the McDonalds drive through was our view. No biggie since we only stayed 1 night. The 2nd is that breakfast was 0600-0900, which we found at other hotels during our 8 day trip, but went over for breakfast and they were out of a few items (biscuits and gravy) and the response was the they shut down in 30 minutes. Which I understand , but then breakfast isn’t t really until 0900. Several folks were arriving after us. Also, the coffee in the office area was LOVELY, nice and hot! I would stay again, it was affordable compared to other options.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was pretty full with Maggot Fest participants, it was quiet at night. The free breakfast was nice. The rooms have been nicely updated. Overall, good experience.
