“We got to the property and there was no one there. We were told over the phone that there was some scheduling mixups and that they have no vacancies. We had to wait outside (with 2 young children; no air conditioning) until they suggested some other place for us to stay, 20 minutes away by car.”

Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. “There’s NO service at all. Paying $850 usd per night and there’s no staff to carry your luggage, park the car, any help at all. The property it’s very bad conditions and it will get worst. Ther no maintenance at all. The food it’s very low quality and not presentable. ”
