“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”

“We had an amazing stay at The Lane Retreat! Large room, quiet, perfectly located. The breakfast amenities in the room were healthy and adequate. The Pantry store on site was great for morning coffee. We stayed 2 nights and booked a room each. Great place to reset and relax after a day of wine tasting. The room just needed a vacuum, but otherwise the facilities were delightful. ”

“Staff were amazing and very helpful. The property was clean and the swimming pools were very refreshing after a day of exploring the area. Very well located; a short drive from the Zoo. Food at the Brewery was well priced and tasty. There was a strange humming sound at night-time, which may have been the motor of the air conditioning unit of the apartment next door.
