“The staff was no help at all. No one working at the front desk spoke English.I had to get other guests at the hotel who spoke English and German to help me communicate with the staff. I had to look up how to say "can you call me a taxi to take me to ---------" in German and write it down on a piece of paper to show to the person at the desk when I wanted to go somewhere. I couldn't connect to their wifi in my room.With the help of another guest I discovered a wifi saying hotel lobby and was able...

“Sehr freundliches Personal, gepflegte und saubere Zimmer. Zentrale Lage am Wernigeröder Marktplatz. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auf Anfrage seniorengerechtes Zimmer für die Eltern erhalten. Ein Parkplatz stand auch zur Verfügung. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.”

“Das Familienzimmer Nr. 2 in der 1.Etage war super. Die Boxspringbetten sind äußerst bequem. Mein Hund war sehr herzlich willkommen. Das Frühstück war echt toll. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und geht auf jegliche Sonderwünsche gerne ein.”
