Adequate
Hotel staff was good. My room had a slow sink & a noisy refrigerator and I was able to change rooms with minimum hassle. I paid weeks in advance but still got a room close to elevator with a lesser view. Hotel DID have a tinge of the smell of cigarette smoke. I bought a 93 cent air freshener which worked. Hotel was in an excellent location and didn't have any traffic noise.
This hotel needs better signage. It's about a half block off the highway, but there is no street name/number, and you can't see the hotel coming from the north, so even though we had the address and had stayed there before, we had to double back to find it. A big sign on the main drag as you're going by from the north would alert you. Other than that, it's a comfortable, welcoming hotel, although the breakfast is rather sparse.
