We had another great stay at this fine hotel. Staff was friendly and greeted us quickly right as we walked in. Check in went smoothly and we got to our room to unpack and unwind in no time. Room was clean, beds are firm, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delightful with a wide delicious variety to choose from. Hotel location is right off the freeway, and close to shopping. The beach is just a few minutes away which is great place to visit in the summer. When having to travel to the area this is becoming the hotel we check for availability first!

It was a very nice visit nice stay, quiet, the suite was very nice staff was very kind, everything was very enjoyable I only had one problem and that was the smell in the elevator smelled musty, because I have allergies it affected my asthma other than that I would return it was a very nice positive hotel

I wqs there for 9 days. Staff was great! Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and well maintained every morning. The Hot tub was out of service the whole week, but they were working on it. I wouldn't use anyway so that part didn't matter to me. Across the parking lot was a very good home cooked food cafe and bakery. I would definetly stay ther again.

Firstly, every staff member I dealt with was very helpful and professional. What they maybe didn’t know, they certainly made up for with kindness. Just a constructive suggestion to know about routes/services to airport, costs of laundry… that’s helpful to be able to tell guests. The room and property is fairly old/worn. There was food left in my fridge from a previous guest, a stain on my bed sheet, a car air freshener slotted in the air conditioner to add fragrance to the room (?), a very slow draining bathroom sink, and rusty or dirty water from the bathroom tap. One of the blinds is crooked and the windows aren’t clear. I took pictures of some of these things, but mainly just as an fyi. Overall, I would come back only because of the staff. They were genuine and helpful. The property isn’t somewhere I would line up to book again, which is too bad because it’s conveniently located.
