スタッフのお姉さんがとてもにこやかで流暢な日本語で丁寧に対応してくれました。夕食も頼んで暖かなリビングルームでゆっくりしたり、ほかのスキーヤーの方と喋って楽しい時間でした。朝方キーを室内においたまま歯磨きに行ったら部屋のドアにロックがかかってしまったのも嫌な顔せずにすぐに対応してくれて有り難かったです。

ビジネスダブルまたはツインルームを予約 ▶エアコン故障（ファンヒーターのみ３時間おきに電源再投入が必要で熟睡できず） ▶風呂なし（共用シャワーのお湯が出ず） ▶冷蔵庫なし ▶テレビなし（写真ではあるのに部屋にはなし） ▶照明は蛍光灯と白熱灯があるが暗く、蛍光灯は中に虫の死骸だらけ（何年も掃除していない） ▶部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ホコリや小さなゴミがそのまま、南京虫が居そう ▶共用部分の廊下や階段はきしみ音あり、補修された様子なし、お湯の出も悪くチョロチョロ、トイレから外の雪溶かし水道ホースが出ていて窓が完全に閉まらず極寒
