This is a moderately priced all inclusive type resort with good views that is very popular with Japanese families with young children. Most people drive. The half board option is good because you get great breakfast and dinner buffets. I was reminded of the buffets in Las Vegas. The food is a big selection of Awaji specialties, Japanese food, and many international dishes, as well as beer and other drinks. This is a very crowded hotel. Line queue registration is used to manage entry to the buffet area. This is not a secluded, quiet resort. The spacious onsen includes a big outdoor bath and a big relaxation area with drinks. The onsen staff manages it very well. The main attraction in this area is the Naruto whirlpools. Public transportation is limited to buses. So you come here for the hotel and the whirlpools.

平日の月曜日に宿泊させて頂きました。大浴場も空いていたし、夜のラウンジでの無料の飲み物も種類がたくさんあり、お菓子やおつまみもたくさんあり、充実していました。9月に入ると週末しかプールが無いのをチェックし忘れて…子供たちは残念でした。スタッフの方も、すれ違う度に挨拶してくれたり、親切に色々教えてくれて気持ち良かったです。また、淡路島行く時は、泊まりたいです。

トラブルがあり、相談しましたが対応が良くありませんでした。 コインランドリーで洗濯が終了前2分前に到着し、待っていました。次の方が待機で何人か待っていて残り2分なのですが混み合っていたので、コインランドリー入り口に出て2分後に中に入って！乾燥機に入れようと見てみたら、次に待機してる方が勝手に私の洗濯を台に全て出しておりました。 すぐにフロントスタッフに相談しましたが、洗濯が終わる前に来て待機する事をお勧めしますと言われました。 2分前に着いていたと説明したのですが残念です。 廊下や上からの足音がとても響きます。 部屋には蛾の死骸がありました。 お盆で仕方がないとは思いますが、エレベーターも待ち列があり、階段で上り下りしていて疲れました。 ビュッフェはとても美味しかったのですが混雑しておりゆっくり食べられず、リピートはしないと思います。

プールとオールインクルーシブが魅力で初めて利用させていただきました。 プールは更衣室が狭めですがロッカーや脱水もありました。 飲食の販売はありませんが水筒やペットボトルの持ち込みは可です。 浮き輪の貸し出しはありません。 お食事はとても美味しくメニューも豊富でした。 席も広めで快適でした。 夕食のステーキと朝食の生しらすが最高でした。 ショップはお土産や雑貨がありました。 また是非利用したいホテルです。
