Very courteous and helpful staff, very clean facility, easy access to parking, location was ideal walking distance to many rest and theatres/venues. Numerous breakfast options were available, very clean and well stocked, staff was actively clearing dishes and keeping the area clean and tidy. Only thing missing was a waffle iron. 10/10 - would definitely stay here again.

Admittedly, the outside of this hotel is nothing to look at. That said, the inside (lobby, rooms) are fresh and clean. Rooms have a great layout. Bed is super comfortable. Indoor access to the convention center through a second floor walkway through the neighboring Hyatt. Good price, clean, attractive, comfortable and convenient.
