A little confusing at first this establishment is two hotels in one{Main stay suites and Sleep inn. But the desk clerk was very helpful in explaining but maybe this should be noted on the Hotels .com website Over all the hotel is very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of parking and a decent hot breakfast.. Easy to locate close to major highways and other shopping and restaurants through out the area.

This was a nice place for a staycation. I honestly had 98% of a good experience. My only complaint was the carpeting. I can understand it being a little dingy and the entrance and the elevator as we are next to a stadium so a lot of cleats and sport like shoes coming in my only disappointment was in the room carpet was stained and had a foul smell. It was a bit of an annoyance, so we kept spraying it with like Febreze and things like that to try to just make the best of it. Other than that the rooms are spacious. They are typically clean nice staff. They do their best to accommodate you pretty quiet hotel.

When checking in Emily was very friendly and helpful. Our King suite room was spacious and the amenities were great, but the room wasn’t very clean. We did have a dog with us (which we had to pay a fee nearly as much as the cost of the room and non-refundable), but I would still expect a clean room. The floors were stained and didn’t look to be vacuumed and there was an empty food container on the floor. The hotel was located near the highway and the airport, but we were gladly surprised by how quiet it was in our room.

The room was spacious and the amenities were great. Free breakfast and free parking always a plus. The floors and bedding did have a strange lingering odor , however, so deducted a couple of stars for that reason

My kids loved the pool, the grown ups loved the nearby activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and very clean. The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left. Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy.
