Stay at the Hampton was fantastic. The room we booked was as advertised, VERY clean, no foul smell, nice beds. Wi-Fi worked well, as did the heat/cool in the room. The pool was warm and clean. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was standard hotel fare. Location is close to lots of restaurants in walking distance and very close to the river. Would absolutely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. It’s a convenient downtown location. The hotel is a bit dated. Everything is in good condition, but very old. Staff are all very nice and very helpful. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but it’s very good value for the cost. I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again

Clean and safe and centrally located to great things to see and do. Parking is $20/day if you’re just leaving your car in the garage. If you want in&out priviledges, you pay by the hour. I had a second floor room so the traffic noise was loud. If you wear noise-cancelling sleep-buds, be sure to bring those. Breakfast is provided, but it’s the cheap fare. They do individually wrap each apple so those are great to grab for a snack later in the day. It had a nice exercise room with treadmill and free weights.

Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. We did not use the pool or other facilities. We did not have the address for the city lot that is connected to the hotel. We found other parking. The lighting in the room was inadequate and there weren’t many outlets. Overall it was a good stay in downtown for the price

Overall, our stay was good. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. There were a couple of issues that affected our experience. We arrived at 6:30 PM on the day of check-in, even though check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and our rooms were still not ready. We had to wait before we could settle in, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. Additionally, the fire alarm went off one night, which was very disruptive and interrupted our sleep. While we understand that emergencies and false alarms can happen, it still had a significant impact on our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the rooms and especially the breakfast, but the delayed check-in and nighttime fire alarm kept our experience from being as enjoyable as it could have been.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient paking with access directly from parking garage to hotel for $20 a day. Great location to walk to the riverwalk and downtown locations. Breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold choices.
