Pricey for what it is but that’s to be expected in Okoboji area in the summer. Staff were very friendly, room was very clean. They do let dogs stay and honestly I couldn’t tell. Room was clean and smelled clean. Breakfast options were basic but good.

They “upgraded” us to a jacuzzi suite since the room we booked was “unrentable”. The bathroom had a floor tile broken, the tub drain was plugged, the furniture was worn, the front panel on the jacuzzi was hanging half open and the room smelled musty. But, the bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The room was a ripoff at $215/night.

A unexpected visit to Okoboji, turned in to a great nights sleep! The desk clerk was very inviting and helped us we any needs. the room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and reasonable. My only reservation was the breakfast, wasn't bad, but wasn't great. Just average. Over all a great place to stay.
