Check-in process needs some work. The video showing how to operate the lockbox and lift was a nice supplement, but hiding the room number in the video and not providing it via confirmation email was confusing. Room was good, kitchenette was nice and washing machine was helpful. It can get very noisy between 10-12 pm due to the restaurant, so if you need silence, this might not be the best place. If you have earplugs and a flexible sleep schedule, and enjoy something like an escape room to find your accommodations, this will be a perfect fit for you. Close to Stazione Centrale,

It was very nice and clean , the only think was the lack of instruction. The address that was reversed under Expedia was not the same address and later after two hours looking for the place and send message with no response a good person help me and called directly to a # and told her that address was on the messages and I did not realize it.

The apartment was spectacular—spacious and very clean—and the location was very convenient, close to many restaurants and shops. It isn't right next to the Duomo, but if you decide to walk there, the 35-minute walk doesn't feel long at all. I found the public transport to be excellent and easy to use.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience was very good. The only drawback was the location. When booking, it appeared to be about a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Station, but it actually took around 19 minutes to reach the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

The information about the hotel distance from Milan central station was 0.3 miles. But the original room we got was in a different location about 15 minutes by uber. Obviously the property have different locations under one file that I didn’t know to think twice before. So the information can be false when you book this hotel, do not rely on the Expedia only, This is false advertising, I didn’t realize that my booking was for a different place, I just thought it is 0.3 mile from station and even the picture on Expedia belongs to a different place, The important things is the place was very good and clean My advise is that the owner should open seperate file in Expedia for each property with its own details, not when you start booking they assign you with a property that is available in a different location than what advertise in Expedia

What a great place to stay while in Milan. Very handy to the Centrale Station, No. 1 tram stop right outside. The bathroom was exceptionally big and the shower was awesome. Plenty of room in the apartment. The washing machine and dishwasher were so useful. Only cooked once but the set up was great. The supplies were plentiful. We loved it except for the bed. It was too firm for us, but everybody has different tastes. Highly recommend.
