Great location close to good restaurants … the front desk recommended “da Lila” a fabulous restaurant and we were very pleased. Staff were excellent, nice clean rooms and good comps. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were always ready to help over and above. Walter at reception was always ready to help organize transportation and restaurants reservations. Staff overall was extremely helpful. Highly recommend the property.

This hotel deserves more than five stars for its customer service alone. The staff members are absolute professionals—always friendly, helpful, and smiling. They truly made us feel at home. Another major highlight was the complimentary food and drinks, which were generously provided both in the room minibar and in the lounge. Absolutely loved our stay at AXYHotel!! It was perfect, from the start and throughout the staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the extra amenities like comfy slippers and drinks and snacks were so appreciated. The only extra that would have elevated our stay even more would have been a bathrobe in the room but I’m very sure if we asked for that they would have provided one. Everything that could have been thought of for a great guest experience was, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t wait to visit again!
