Friendly staff, large room, clean room. Staff was helpful. The air conditioning wasn’t very cold but I felt comfortable. My roommate was warm. To be fair, we were there during the heatwave. I liked the location too. Not far from sites but quiet neighborhood.

This was an excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast, which I normally forgo, was well worth 20 €. The room was quiet at night. The hotel is within walking distance to everything you want to see, if it’s your first time in Milan. The air conditioning was strong and definitely cooled the room on some hot (~40C) days. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel was in a business like area but the trolley was close and about 10 minutes or so from the Duomo Plaza. We used the ebikes also to get around. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was good enough for 2 people, nice shower and air conditioning was a plus. As it was hot outside, the staff were able to adjust the temperature in our room for a more cooler and pleasant stay. Breakfast was good, could use a bit more options (continental). They had a gym but it for a fee and water you purchase at the bar for 5 euros. Overall, the stay was pretty good.
