Good selection at breakfast, however only gripe was that some of the bread was too thick to fit in the quite small toaster! A rolling toaster may have been better! Loved the addition of the free photobooth in the lobby!

The rooms, while small compared to most U.S. hotels were very nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. The one thing we would like to have seen is more places to hang used towels. We're not in Milan to spend time in our room so the room worked very well. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. We needed some distilled water for my wife's CPAP and Clare at the front desk looked up a few pharmacies and helped me get a route to the nearest one. While we did not utilize the fitness room it looked pretty good. We did utilize the bar and it was excellent! They have a really nice and comfortable outdoor area to sit at and the evening was beautiful. It's also only about a 5 or 6 minute walk from the Milano Centrale Stazione so if you fly into Malpensa Airport (MXP) for €15 you can take the Malpensa Express to Milano Centrale and walk to the hotel if you travel only with carryon like we do. The neighborhood is safe and you are maybe another 5 to 10 minute walk to a shopping center or if you go back to the Centrale Station there is an open air market that has a whole bunch of stuff. I highly recommend this hotel.
