What a wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfast and Paula goes out of her way to make sure you feel like a celebrity there. Its conveniently located very closed to the Milano Central train station. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay. The biggest downside was that the walls were VERY thin and we could hear pretty much everything going on next door, from coughing and talking to...more amorous activity. This biggest upside was the restaurant next door, Ristorante Qui Si Mangia. It is run by the sweetest couple, great food, and the best price for wine on tap I saw in Milan during our week there. We also liked that it was close to Centrale Station but not too close.

I was keen for a safe hotel as i was travelling alone. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was just right for me with everything i needed. All staff i encountered were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Whilst in a business district the metro was close by and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

The property was beautiful and walking distance from the main train station. Everything was great overall, just that there were spider webs is my room near the vents. It did bother my daughter who is terrified of spiders.

Nice clean modern new style hotel close to great dining options in walkable locations around the hotel, walkable distance to Milan central train station & short taxi ride to Milan historical sites & major attractions & shopping districts, very adequate gym, very comfortable bed. Great location, 6 min walk to Milan Centrale train station and did not feel unsafe. Close to the shuttle bus to go to outlet mall. The room was clean and nice. Not sure if it was a smoking room but we opened the windows to air it out while we explored during the day. Would stay again.
