Brera Apartments exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely unbeatable — right in the center of Milan, close to everything. The apartment was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Loved the apartment, the location. It had washing machine but detergent was not there, when asked they provided it. But it did not have drying rack so i couldn't use the machine but everything else was nice.

The apartment was fairly easy to locate, and less than a 10 minute walk to the Duomo, where there is a metro stop. The apartment was larger than expected and it was very quiet in the complex. I felt safe in the area, traveling alone with 12 and 13 year old boys.

The aircon was not working yet because its a building wide thing, they brought us a fan. It was not easy to find, so use google maps not apple maps because the location is wrong. I had a few different addresses, use the one on your confirmation- do not search for the name of the apartments. It is a single room with a fold out murphy bed, but was fine for our short stop in Milan.

Drilling under our suite, no water for two days, no soap, toilet paper was lacking, no plates, a baby grow was under a bed, the sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. Contact was hard especially after there company was hacked. Upstairs started banging for hours but the company said that was fine. We were told we could get a metro but no advice on the stop. Worst experience I have had with hotels.com accommodation. I could go on..

This worked out well. Just a matter of figuring out the key tag lock the first time. I felt horrible for the cleaning staff. We stopped by early and dropped off the luggage. He was still cleaning up from the previous tenants. The place was trashed. I have to admit, I was surprised how clean it was just a few hours later. Would stay again.

Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor like this. Especially given the rate that we paid.

Sehr guter Self Check-in. Das Apartment ist schön groß und war im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Die Klimaanlagen waren alle ziemlich laut und im Schlafzimmer hatte man das Gefühl, sie würde nicht richtig funktionieren. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer. In einem roch es komisch, in der anderen Dusche (Bad vom Schlafzimmer) könnten wir nicht auf die Handbrause umstellen. Die Ecken der Duschen sind nicht besonders schön anzusehen, genau wie der Abfluss. Weiterhin gab es leider jede Menge kleiner Ameisen. Teilweise sogar im Bett. Da kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts dafür. Es müsste nur mal geschaut werden, woher. Dann kann man dagegen was tun. Was wirklich top ist…die Lage. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem alles fussläufig erreichbar.
