“During my stay, I discovered a small bug crawling on the pillow that appeared to be a bed bug. This was quite concerning and made me uncomfortable about the cleanness of the room. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they promptly arranged another room which I appreciated. In addition, the room had an unpleasant, musty smell.”

“Ogata san was very helpful and cheerful. We feel very welcome. The view of Kumamoto castle was great and we even saw the light show.”

“Amazing hotel”

“A polite staff, a comfortable room, clean Public bath. And convenient for shopping and the train station. Mei Tomes”

“Tot molt bé vam poder deixar les maletes abans i després del checkin out... Tot molt net i els treballadors molt amables, made in japan.”

“The R9 hotel was nice that we could park so close to our room! The only drawback is when it is raining the water comes off in front and when trying to enter the code to the room we get all wet from the runoff. Besides that, it was great.”
