Very clean but the bar and restaurant were under construction. The pool and surround are very nice. I thought the room was a little pricey. Everyone there where very kind and helpful. We will return when the bar and restaurant open.

I was hesitant to stay in a chain hotel, but I didn’t have a choice in this instance. I was beyond surprised. This hotel had beautiful bathroom amenities (full sized Dove products) and tea and coffee making supplies in the room. The staff were very kind and helpful-they even sent me a dress I left behind on the day after I checked out. This was honestly, in a lifetime of traveling, one of the most convenient and easy hotels I’ve stayed in.

The hotel was very clean, our room looked like maybe it was recently renovated. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and the evenings were quiet. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we made the reservation at this hotel because it has a restaurant/sports bar. The restaurant/sports bar was closed due to renovations and we weren’t notified when we made the reservation.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was great; so attentive and courteous! The breakfast buffet was excellent. One of the elevators was out of order which was inconvenient and caused long wait times (15 minutes approximately) for the elevators right at checkout.
