The room overall was wonderful. We had a slight issue with the Ac not working but they moved us right away and sent maintenance to fix it still. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly. Though it’s a bit difficult to teach front desk from the rooms as our phone didn’t work so my husband kept having to go downstairs for our issues. I would say if they can fix the phone issues/communication with front desk it would’ve been one of our best Miami stays

Very clean and comfortable! Enjoyed the restaurant and the pool and the food was delicious and staff was friendly. Also walked from the Hard Rock to the hotel and it was a very pleasant walk so there are close options for activities.

Very cool hotel with nice staff. Very close to Bayside. We love the free drinks that came with the cocktail hour as well as the food were very good. They also were so nice to hold our luggage when we return for the cruise will definitely recommend and stay there again.
