Yotel is conveniently located. There's a free tram stop right across the street. There's a McDonald's about a block away. The Bayside marketplace is two blocks away. It was the ideal location. I would have given them a five-star but it was so noisy in the hallways. It was very hard for me to get a good night's rest.

The hotel itself is very nice. The restaurant was delicious and the staff is really nice! Our room, however, was a little disappointing. The bed was comfy but the light switch is confusing and one hardly worked. Also the shower in our room was timy. To use soap at all, you have to get out of the shower or youre constantly in the spray of the water from the main shower head. The second hand helped shower head was spraying water everywhere from the connection point at the hose. Overall, its decent for a 1 night stay for our cruise but no more than that
