They liar about everything no wifi no password for tv is a house with few room garden view was patio with the Grass over a feet without cut they called villa is not just a old house hot like hell

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've ever had. I had to change rooms because the air conditioner in my original room was dirty, extremely noisy, and caused my sinuses to flare up, making me feel unwell. Because I was moved to a different room, there appeared to be an issue with the room assignment or access code, and a stranger was able to enter my room. Although he left immediately after realizing someone was inside, this was a serious security breach that left me feeling extremely unsafe. That same night, I made several attempts to contact the property owners, but received no response. I also made numerous attempts to contact Expedia for assistance. The man who entered my room was still on the property, and I was genuinely concerned that he could return, so I barricaded my room door as a precaution. I had no choice but to remain for the night because it was extremely late, I was in a foreign country, and I had nowhere else to go. To make matters worse, I also saw a mouse going in and out of my room. Because of the security breach, the cleanliness issues, and the lack of response from the property, I cut my stay short and left early the following morning, even though my reservation was supposed to continue. I requested a partial refund because my stay had been significantly disrupted and the experience was a major inconvenience.

Esta propiedad es un asco la cama tiene un plástico que no permite descansar el baño es sucio aparte mi habitación estaba infestada de una plaga de animales envié fotos a un agente de servicio para que me cambiara de hotel no me ayudaron me dijeron que me iban a cambiar de habitación y tampoco lo hicieron por eso tengo mis pruebas y quiero que me devuelvan el dinero el peor lugar para dormir
