It's always a pleasure staying here. The staff is always so helpful. Was only able to stay one night but they were kind enough to upgrade my room. Got up early to take a dip in the pool before my flight.it was so peaceful and had the best pancakes.

The Savoy has the best customer service, they make you feel like they would do anything for you to make you feel comfortable, and they actually do. The suite was beautiful, the cleaning lady did everything perfectly and on time every day. We will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel by the beach, privileged location! It has been one of the best hotels we have ever stayed and it smells delicious.

From the time we checked in, Denzel treated us so well. Valet parking was a breeze. Jesus V was so accommodating at the beach. We will definitely return and highly recommend the Savoy to our friends and family for a true Miami vacation.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful—literally an oasis on Ocean Drive. It’s so unique, charming, full of character, and incredibly well maintained. From the moment we arrived, the service was wonderful. The staff was able to accommodate the special requests we had submitted before our arrival, and we stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the garden, which made our stay feel extra special. Since it is a historic hotel, there were a few things that weren’t necessarily our favorites, such as occasionally hearing noise from other rooms and the central A/C. However, nothing was intolerable, and the wonderful service and beauty of the property more than made up for these minor details. Everything throughout the hotel smells fresh and feels exceptionally clean, creating such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The pool and beach staff work nonstop and are always attentive to the guests. Jennifer and Lautaro were especially wonderful with us, always checking in and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food by the pool was another amazing surprise—the quality was excellent! We actually ordered the same dishes two days in a row because we loved them so much: the West Coast burrito and the guacamole with chips. Absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back!!

The loved the size of the rooms at the Savoy. Having a suite with 2 rooms made the stay that much more enjoyable. And the outdoor area is beautiful, 2 pools leading to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and the small restaurant near the pools. We ate breakfast there each morning and the service was great as was the food.

Wonderful appointed room (Junior Suite). I particularly enjoyed the size of the suite, the two private balconies and the views of the palm trees. My room offered me peace and tranquility. The room has hardwood floors, so you will hear the noise from the traveler above you if you are on a lower floor. Customer service was superb! Great pool, drinks, and food! Minutes from the beach and boardwalk, along with restaurants and bars.
